1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZeroData Tools (zerodatatools.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the site and its utilities.

2. 100% Client-Side Processing Architecture

ZeroData Tools provides a suite of web-based developer utilities (including JSON formatters, validators, encoders, decoders, and generators). All tools operate exclusively within your web browser using client-side JavaScript.

We do not upload, transmit, process, or store any data, text, files, payloads, or secrets that you input into our tools on any external server. You retain sole ownership and complete responsibility for all data processed through your device while using ZeroData Tools.

3. Acceptable Use & API Restrictions

You agree to use ZeroData Tools only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The web interfaces provided are designed for human interaction. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation (including laws regarding the export of data or software).
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the site, its hosting network, or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Use automated scripts, scrapers, headless browsers, or bots to programmatically interact with the web interface in a manner that creates an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our CDN or hosting network.
  • Misrepresent the source, integrity, or ownership of content formatted, generated, or validated through our tools for fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes.
  • Utilize our infrastructure as an undocumented API endpoint. Because our tools operate client-side, we do not provide or support public REST APIs. Automated traffic simulating API calls against our static assets may be rate-limited or blocked without notice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The site design, architecture, branding, logo, code, interfaces, and original content on ZeroData Tools are the intellectual property of G. Bharat Kumar and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Any data, code, text, or tokens that you input into our tools, as well as the resulting formatted or converted output, remain your exclusive property. We claim no ownership, license, or rights over your input or output data.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

ZeroData Tools and all utilities on the site are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability. We do not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that any defects will be corrected immediately. Always independently verify critical cryptographic hashes, JWT conversions, regular expressions, and data modifications before deploying to production environments.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ZeroData Tools, its creator (G. Bharat Kumar), contributors, sponsors, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the tools and utilities provided on the site;
  • Any errors, bugs, inaccuracies, or omissions in the output generated by the client-side tools, including faulty data transformations that result in application downtime;
  • Any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or local compromise of your transmissions, secrets, or data occurring entirely on your local machine, local network, or browser environment;
  • Any actions taken in reliance upon the outputs of our validators, debuggers, or generators;
  • Any other matter relating to the site, service, or terms herein.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZeroData Tools and its creator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees resulting from your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the tools.

ZeroData Tools may contain links to third-party websites, repositories, or services (such as GitHub, SaaSHub, or documentation sites) that are not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
